Text messages
When someone texts True Hit Vending support, True Hit Vending LLC collects:
- The mobile number the message comes from
- The contents of the message
- The date and time of the message
- The opt-in record, including STOP and HELP replies
SMS opt-in data is the record that a person agreed to receive these support texts, including the mobile number and that consent.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
An automated assistant answers texts 24/7. People respond from 8 AM to 8 PM Central, 7 days a week.
Reply STOP to opt out of support texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also email hello@truehitvending.com.
Mobile numbers and opt-in data
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers that deliver the texts or help answer the request, and only so they can provide that service.
How the information is used
True Hit Vending LLC uses email and text information to reply, to review a refund when a vend fails, and to honor STOP and HELP. It does not use mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data for marketing.
How long information is kept
True Hit Vending LLC keeps support emails, texts, and opt-in records for 1 year, then deletes them, except where the law requires longer.
Website and payments
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled. That site measurement is separate from mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data.
The homepage map loads map tiles and fonts from OpenFreeMap (tiles.openfreemap.org), which receives the visitor's IP address, as any map service does.
Card payments at the machines are processed by Nayax. Do not send a full card number by text or email.
