These terms cover the True Hit Vending website, email to hello@truehitvending.com, and text messages with True Hit Vending support.

True Hit Vending LLC is a Texas limited liability company.

True Hit Vending LLC places machines that sell sealed Pokémon TCG packs in Austin, Texas only, at no cost to the host. The machines take cards through Nayax readers.

Support texts

Support texts are customer-initiated. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

An automated assistant answers texts 24/7. People respond from 8 AM to 8 PM Central, 7 days a week.

Reply STOP to opt out of support texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also email hello@truehitvending.com.

Refunds for a failed vend

A failed vend means the card was charged, but the sealed pack did not dispense or got stuck. Most machines detect a missed drop and cancel the charge. Contact support only if you were charged and got nothing.

Contact support by text or by email at hello@truehitvending.com. Include the location and the approximate time.

A person reviews the request. The refund goes back to the original card after that review.

Send the request within 14 days of the purchase.

Do not send a full card number by text or email.
